Terms and Conditions

1. Each ticket, at $10 cost, gives you one chance to win any prize.
2. No more that 1,000 tickets will be sold.
3. Your chance to win a prize is one in 334, or better, depending on how many tickets are sold and how many tickets you purchase.
4. We are not in position to mail a physical ticket or receipt to you at a charge of only $10 per ticket.
5. We will provide a receipt via email to whoever provides an email address.
6. Your receipt will designate the ticket numbers [between 0001 and 1000] assigned to you.
7. Drawing to be held at 3PM on Sunday June 1st, 2008 at Congregation Kesser Israel located at 6698 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219.
8. All are welcome to attend the drawing but you need not be present to be a winner.
9. Your grand prize gift certificate covers the cost of personalized design and creation, setting materials (such as gold, silver, palladium)
   and precious stones up to a $2,500 total value.
10. You can also create a unique setting for a precious stone that you provide personally.
11. You need not choose a jewelry item that fits the exact prize valuation. You can choose an item that costs more than your gift certificate
    and personally pay for the difference, or you can choose an item that costs less and obtain a new gift certificate for the value that remains.
12. Your first prize gift certificate covers custom design and wax creation a jewelry item, a $400 value.
13. Your second prize gift certificate covers custom design of a jewelry item, a $200 value.
