Maayan Torah Day School
The Maayan Torah Day School was founded in 2011 to meet the growing needs of the Jewish community in Portland.
Maayan is affiliated with Torah Umesorah - the National Society for Hebrew Day Schools - and provides a high level Hebrew and Secular education to grades K-8.
Maayan Torah Day School offers a constructive-learning-theory based education prioritizing students' active involvement in acquiring knowledge. Maayan focuses on each student's needs and progress, creating engaging classrooms and substantive learning. Maayan is dedicated to developing an environment of academic excellence, both in Judaic and General Studies.
